We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no requests will be entertained. Please note that discounted/sale products and promotional items are not eligible for return.
Products will only be accepted if they are in their original packaging, unused, unopened, and sealed, with the invoice, warranty details, and tags intact. Opened or used products will not be accepted.

We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening your package, which may be required as proof in case of damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as “size of the bag is small,” as all product specifications are clearly mentioned on our website.
Exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
If the correct product has been delivered but the customer still wishes to exchange, the item must be couriered back to our address Shutter No 1 Ground Floor, Plot A-11, Survey No:615 & 617, Industrial area, Moula Ali, Hyderabad, Telangana, at the customer’s own cost. All necessary shipping details must be provided by the customer, and the return courier charges will be borne by them.
Exchanges will only be approved after the returned product is received in original, unused, and sealed condition. If an exchange is not possible due to unavailability, a refund will be initiated.
Please note: Our policy covers only manufacturing defects. Damages caused by mishandling, falls, or rough usage are not covered.
Orders are usually shipped within 24–48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery takes 4–7 days after dispatch, depending on the location. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as they may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. A delay of 1–2 days may occur in such cases.
Shipments are not dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please notify us within 24 hours. We will not be able to process requests raised beyond this period.
We take no responsibility for goods signed by anyone other than the customer at the delivery address provided at the time of order.
